Baby’s Peaceful Escape – Finished Nursery

A few weeks ago I posted a preview of our baby nursery and now I can share with you the finished room. Hope you enjoy!! I had so much fun planning and decorating this room.

Let me know what you think by rating our nursery on Project Nursery!

Baby's Room

Baby's Crib

Old spice rack - repainted and turned into a shelf for baby shoes.

The drawer's are already filled!

Beatrix Potter's Peter Rabbit Collectors Edition Barbie

Peter Rabbit Treasury and dolls. The sign was a gift that we got at our baby shower and it matches our room perfectly!!

Tutu’s & Bows

Anyone that knows me knows that I love dance, specifically ballet.  So, I of course wanted to incorporate something “ballet-ish” into our baby nursery. So I had bought a painting for her room and had the idea of hanging two dresses on the sides of it…but then I got a better idea…what if I hung two leotards/tutus on the sides that I could somehow use as an accessory holder.  So, I discussed my vision with my ever so talented mother and of course she was able to just whip it up based on my explanation and the picture of the painting that I had already bought and here is the finished product.

Each of the ribbons is intended to hold barrette’s, bows and clips.

What do you think? Cute huh?
